Luggage makes a great gift!

Hello all!

It has been a good holiday for me. I made it home after many trials and tribulations that I won't bore you with, but it entailed two missed flights, standby and a bus instead of an airplane. After all that arrived in the South Bend airport just four hours late.

Denver was indeed snow covered, but here in the Vail Valley we only got about 3-5 inches.

I had a good holiday with the fam. Our first "grown-up" Christmas. We went to "midnight" mass at 10:30pm and then opened presents after, our first Xmas without Santa. It went pretty well after two of my siblings got over the no Santa thing, Will and Steve are 14 now, so its been a while since anyone believed.

Then came a few days of being lazy. I saw Kim once at BWs...we thought it was fitting. She is doing well, contemplating moving into an apartment in Warsaw. She really likes her job but hopes to move to a 'real city' as she called it after about a year.

Getting back to CO was no easier than getting home, I arrived at the SB airport to be told that all flights from Chicago to Denver were cancelled. Don't worry, I made it, again a bit later than expected but still safely. I drove home from Denver Friday morning went straight to work and then to my new second job and then finally arrived home about 10:30 last night. I am off to my new hostessing job again in a few minutes. I am working a ton the next few days, but an kind of glad to keep my mind of my least favorite holiday New Year's Eve...it is very overrated and pressure filled if you ask me. I might go to the outlets tomorrow for my celebration!

Hope all is well. Erin the boy sounds wonderful (is his name Jacob, sorry I am a little behind). Carrie I just learned to crochet, I am loving it. What is your interview for Addie...a new job? or school? Helen how are the pressures of med school. And Sam, goodnight!
