remember when you had light spots on your back in the summer that wouldn't get tan?? well, i learned about what it is. it's called tinea versicolor. it's from a yeast that lives on skin and likes fatty things (like sunscreen and tanning oil). also, under a microscope it looks like spaghetti and meatballs which is great because i can remember it because you thought my mint balls in the freezer were meat balls and also the yeast is called malassezia furfur which is a cute name so it reminds me of you...r stuffed animals! just thought i'd share my nerdiness.... i hope everyone is doing well and that this message finds you in good spirits (3 months from now...) :) miss everyone! addie
