It's Spring!

Yay! No snow in this weekend in Vail! (My car was covered in snow when I left for work Thursday morning.)

So...lots of stuff has been happening!

Two weekends ago I met Carrie in Colorado Springs for her tutoring appointment. We had lots of fun seeing hanging rocks and doing a beer tasting at the local brewery. Then we headed back to her hotel room for wine and chatter...no tv though, there was a slight issue with the volume. Anyway, lots of talk about life, jobs, boys, sex, the future, etc. Carrie remains her Carrie-licious self and I enjoyed her company and advice.

Last weekend I was about in the Midwest. I met my high school BFF in Cincy for dinner Thursday night, breakfast with family Friday morning. Then off to Louisville. John's parent's house for his birthday dinner. His mom is as cute as ever and him, his grandfather and his father are exactly the same in personality, humor and looks. Then out to the Beer Depot for drinks with John's friends, PV, Kristy and, of course, Chuck.

Sidenote here, Chuck got into Med school in the Carribean and he leaves at the beginning of May. This is beside the point as he goes on to tell us about how he picked a new Med school (Background info: Chuck is currently dating a girl who lives in Cincy and thinks he has only slept with three people.) So, a prof from Dayton called Chuck to tell him about a new Med school in the Carribean, long story short Chuck decides to switch to this school and his girlfriend applies as well. She got in and is now moving there with him...needless to say he is not happy about this.

Back to last weekend...Saturday was off to Dayton with Kristy. We met Erin and Kim at Relay. We Relayed for a bit...walking tacos is where its at, in case anyone was wondering. Then dinner at Tanks! Yummy! Then Brown Street, from one end to the other. All together it was a great trip!

This weekend the weather has been beautiful here...I can't wait until I can start going on hikes again!
